Featuring some I-Cliqq realtime screen video: These clips are realtime samples of some onscreen operations. The intent of just creating small clips is so they can be easily downloaded. Large clips are possible but take a while to download, so for the purpose of simple viewing and filesharing, clips are generally small filesizes. Just the active regions of the screenspace are displayed for visual purposes.

•I-Cliqq Thread Chart Assign and Match

In this clip, you see a brief example of the I-Cliqq assign and match capabilities. Onscreen thread color is a simulation of actual thread, and not 'exact' in comparison to true thread, but this functionality assists onscreen color matching with RGB/HSB color codes. The eyedropper is effective to update color codes. You can even scan in your actual shade charts and eyedrop the color to obtain the closest screen match, as thread batches do vary sometimes. I-Cliqq Carve effects extend on the split effect capabilities, allowing you to create custom satin splitting on satin objects, with fully editable control, that updates instantly when a node or path is moved. Double clicking any node selects the entire nodeset on that path so you can move an entire path, or individual nodes. The internal 'split' paths or 'carve' paths you see are user defined and can be added or deleted as desired.

I-Cliqq detects your system Truetype fonts. By just scrolling through your list, you can select and apply outline stitch types which include satin, runstitch, E-stitch, and pattern effects. I-Cliqq can also convert TTF to fillstitching. By employing the basic functions of copy/paste or duplicate you can achieve fully stitched, or applique styled lettering is a few clicks. If large type lettering is a big part of your business, and doing is fast is important..I-Cliqq TTF effects are for you. This clip shows you a few basic view settings and the node capability on light/dark images. You can also customise the button look and feel, turn mouseclick sounds off/on, change the outline view, jump and stitch indicator views, change icon appearance, adjust tooltip transparency settings etc.

These are just a few of the parameter adjustments you can apply . In essence, by applying cross parameter adjustments, your stitch effects are virtually at your fingertips, and apart from that, bezier node capability further allows you to refine and perfect your creations. You can work in outline mode, or refreshed mode and see your realtime effects instantly as you move nodes, or apply a parameter change. The dialog box can be floated anywhere onscreen. If you have a high speed computer, you can also make use of the dialog transparency factor. The Windows Vista™ OS especially, handles transitions, fades and transparency adjustments well. If you use an average computer system, you will find the default settings fine. Your ability to create motif fills is unlimited.

This clip shows you how to create custom shade charts. Its really simple, and even your kids can help you build them..You can set things up in under a minute. Simply paste any image you find, or scan from a magazine, or even scan your actual physical thread ,and you're good to go! Create a New Chart, Colordrop, Add information and you're done. Just repeat the process whether you have 10 shades or 300 shades you'd like to show as onscreen colors. Users can share thread chart files and by networking you can all share thread information, Pantone® color codes, Brand names, etc. Although I-Cliqq has approximately 75 onboard charts, your needs may differ. You can also instantly update any existing shade in a similar method as shown in the clip.......... I-Cliqq apologises if this procedure is found to be too simple by kids.

•I-Cliqq 'Extend Symmetrical'

This is a really handy, timesaving and effective feature. Try it, you'll really like it! Automatically mirror a section vertically or horizontally, but with a difference. This feature is similar, but different to the traditional 'mirror' feature that also exists in the software. This feature is applicable in many aspects of fashion design work,and even applies to monogram creations. Here, you can create quick shapes with less stitches, and because the software does the rest. You save stitches merely because the shape you created does not return to the object start point before continuing. You can also convert to numerous practical stitchtypes, and again, the power you have over parameter manipulation allows you to fine tune the stitch count into the desired range.

This feature extends your capabilities in many ways making you very flexible with vector operations. Simply Copy/Paste or import vectors, and if you need to edit them, you can.... Then simply convert any vector outline to stitches in a click! The integrated 'highlight' feature helps you with vector detection as your mouse pointer passes over vector linework, so detection is simpler, even if you have colorful imaging. Vector outlines can be manipulated with the same efficiency as in graphic programs. The sample zebra.dst is the result of an automatically converted CorelDRAW® clipart image. Total conversion time from pasting the image to completed result : under 10 seconds. A few angles were changed and parameters adjusted , completing the basic sample in under 5 minutes.
